Keystone Treatment Center

Their approach is non confrontational and in a manner of an AA/ NA group that is more like camp. If I were to need this place again, they would welcome me with open arms and treat me like every other lost soul that goes there, like family. If you are from Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin or from anywhere else, there is no difference in the way you are treated. Keystone Recovery has the strongest rating in my book due to their due diligence in treating people like normal people (is there such a thing as normal) and not some disease riddled leper. ... I love this place, Keystone has given me the tools to take back MY LIFE.

One of the top concerns that people have when enrolling in rehab is the discomfort that they'll experience when detoxing from the abused substances. Admittedly, the process is challenging, but it is worth it for the sake of recovery and your long-term health.

To increase your comfort level with the process, don't hesitate to ask rehab facilities for more information about their detox process. Ask them how long it should take, on average, based on your specific situation. Ask what medical or holistic techniques will be used to ensure that the substance withdrawal happens safely. Take the opportunity to educate yourself before being treated.
