Keita the tech is amazing. She is always there when you need her and she is very present and good with her clients. I can tell she has a passion for helping people and I like that she is from Queens because she is very straight forward yet caring. All the staff here cares about their job and does their best to make this experience as comfortable as possible by showing compassion and care and concern. They treat you like humans here and not just a number and that is very refreshing. I've been in several programs before in the past and none of them have had this kind of welcoming atmosphere where we can make our own decisions about how we spend our free time, and do activities every night. I think this is a great program with great staff for anyone who is looking to make a change.
