Here, I was able to face my demons that had been haunting me for years. EMDR therapy helped me process some trauma and my process groups helped me relate to other people struggling with depressions and anxiety like me. Swimming, equine therapy and the ropes course we're some of my favorite outdoor activities. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for healing. Accommodating, more than enough staff members on duty, beautiful surroundings, talent shows, etc. Not exactly closed off so one could technically escape if they did not want to be there.
