River Oaks Treatment Center
When I came here I really didn't know what to expect because it was my first time in treatment. It really helped to know that I could keep my phone with me to stay in contact with my family and keep them updated on how I'm doing. My therapist Andrea really helped me and I loved Dimitrius groups because he gave me tools that I can use when I go home and his classes were always very inspiring. I had Jennifer as my case manager she helped me sort out my short term disability for when I go home. She really goes above and beyond and shows that she cares. Medication always went really smooth. I learned a lot of important coping skills and even life skills for living outside of addiction. There was a lot of recreation with tennis ball court, basketball court, and the gym was really impressive when I first walked in, it was state of the art. I really want to recognize the housekeeping staff because they do a great job to help take care of us while were here. They do your laundry and make your bed for you each day and bring fresh towels which was such a blessing. I wasn't sure if I needed to bring any towels with me but they provide all of that. There's only 2 people per room and the rooms are really nice, they have walk in showers and the bathrooms are nice, the rooms are all like hotel style rooms. The kitchen staff is great and very accommodating. Overall I really didn't have any problems here and I would absolutely recommend your road to recovery here!
St. John’s Recovery Place
The atmosphere at Sjrp is very therapeutic and recovery oriented. The staff really go above and beyond and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. You can tell they enjoy what they do, which made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very clean. I would highly recommend Sjrp to anyone (friend or family) struggling with addiction and looking to get their life back on track.
