They are kind, caring, professional, and efficient. They really care about their clients, their progress, and wellbeing. Thanks to the help of this program I am working towards reunification with my children, I am a college student with a 4.0 gpa and am working part time carpentry for a friends business. I am getting ready to enter a two year program for women in recovery who are survivors of human trafficking. Iam happy healthy and free finally.
As an alumni of this facility I find it funny at the past reviews, who are clearly from people who were not ready or willing to do what it takes to stay sober. This program offers basically every amenity that one could wish to have while getting sober. Chances are that these reviews are from entitled kids whom couldn\'t hack it away from mommy or daddy and take care of themselves. Have some accountability for your own life and sobriety, as no one else can do this for you.
The best thing about Mercy is that SOME of the staff are very helpful, (while others have no idea what they're doing.) They do make it easy to treat a substance abuse issue simultaneously with other mental health issues and, (depending on WHO you work with,) the staff can be very effective at creating and assisting you to complete your treatment plans. More than half of the staff, either doesn't know how to do their job or they try to do a job that they're not qualified for. They will kick you out randomly, for little to no reason at all. If you relapse, instead of helping you when you need it, they will discharge you. Most of the staff are rude, but the worst thing about this place is that they closed down so they don't offer services anymore, such as prescriptions (that I need,) although they did help refer me to a new doctor. This place is closed down now, so inorder to get assistance with your substance abuse issue, you will have to travel far away to participate in an in-patient or out-patient rehab facility, OR you'll have to pay out the A*s for a private doctor.
