Leah my case manager was amazing. She asked a lot of open ended questions to really get a feel for what kind of assistance I need for when I leave here and now I have everything set up that I need. She made an appointment for me and even when she was busy she made time to talk to me and let me know that she cared. Demetrius is very charismatic and passionate in his groups. He told personal stories and by the end of the story we were all crying. For him to share something so personal I felt like I could trust him because he's been through it and he understands. It meant a lot me. I was able to open up about what I'm going through in groups and I learned about my care taker roles, that I need to set boundaries. I had a real break through in Christina's group, she gave me tools and it was a huge break through.
