If you speak up to object, they will say you are being rude and hang up on you. Other than their substandard business office, the PaRC is a wonderful place. You must self-pay or have good insurance to be admitted. One really needs to count their blessings if they are admitted to the PaRC. The clinical side of the facility is top-notch -- caring and effective.
