I had gone to La Vista for some months. And I'd like to thank all the staff members there. Including the supervisor. It was very therapeutic and I learned a lot from being there. I got the chance to really open up and share my thoughts and express my feelings. The food was always the best part. And I learned a lot about myself and what recovery means to me. I was impressed with every facet of the program, the facilities, the staff, the family resources, discharge resources etc. If one has to go through this nightmare experience of substance abuse and all that entails, this is a safe landing place for our sons and an invaluable resource for us as families, not only while our son is there in treatment, but in terms of being set up to move forward after treatment as well.
