I enjoyed my time there and i feel like i really grew as a person in the period of time i spent there
They help the patients and are seriously invented in their rehabilation. Can't think of any. They provide a wonderful service for the community.
This facility is great, the counselors and medical staff are fantastic but I do need to say the administration staff are HORRIBLE They were hounding me for money the day I got out of detox I was down and feeling like complete crap and they were on me every other day. And it’s a horrible way to go through therapy worried when I was trying to concentrate on recovery. Then they decided it was time fo free up my bed for more money and tried to move me to there other facilities up the street. And when I told them I was not going and I wanted to go home they decided to leave me stranded in Mississippi even though they could have helped me get a cheap flight considering they fly people everyday but no I had to borrow money just to get home. On top of that my flight was supposed to leave at 4pm but they didn’t get me to the airport till 6:30pm when they had already made a trip to the airport for another patient. They did that to me because I didn’t go to the other facility, bad business thats no way to treat your money I mean people. I can tell you they charged my insurance over $70,000 the least they could do is not badger me for such a little bit that I owed. They really need to separate the admin from the rest on an offsite location because they really suck.
