Only been here for a day. Overall the facility is wonderful. Everyone is very nice from patients to employees. I feel safe, welcomed and cared for here. My only complaint would be that my “stay” here has not been fully explained to me (length, etc.). My bags took 10 hours to get. I know there is a security process to go through, but I wish I would have been able to grab some essential items prior (book, phone charger, and a spare change of clothes. But I am very happy with my decision to be at Laguna and I am looking forward to the rest of my stay at the facility
