Without a doubt I was dying when I walked in at 164 lbs with all the guilt and shame I carried you would think I would have weighed a ton. And there is what I learned from the wonderful therapists is that guilt and shame and of course my enourmous ego was the problem , the using but a symptom. Today because of the Florida houses compassion allowing me the time to heal physically mentally and spiritually I am a healthy happy man.
