Laguna Treatment Center
I wish that there was a star section for the staff because that would get a 10 out of 5. However I always try to find ways to improve everything, and 5/5 would mean that there is absolute perfection. The meals are always on point. Great food. The only thing that could improve would be a bit extended time for lunches. The effectiveness of treatment would get a 4/5, only because I see that there is a couple of contradicting treatment philosophies that may be a bit more effective if they were coordinated and communicated to each other. Although they pertain to different sectors of treatment, the entire experience would sit better if communication was enhanced more. However I’ve learned so much regardless ! In accordance to accommodations, I think that there should be more activities available. The game nights are great and reinforce camaraderie, which will motivate people to help each other along their recoveries. If one comes up, we all come up. Also, add phones and complimentary charges to help communication for families

HTCBTS changed my life! All of the staff from the owners of the company on down are !00% hands down best support a recovering person can have. The opportunities to change and grow are unlimited. My personal experience included help, support, unconditional love and understanding in each stage of my development. I have almost two years sober and I continue to be showered with ongoing care from this outstanding facility. As I take the tools given to me and put them to use my everyday life, my life is stable, secure and filled with gratitude. I now walk on a foundation of encouragement, self respect and freedom of the suffering of my disease.
