I am so thankful to Powell and the staff for what they did for me, I only wish I would have followed the advice they gave to me just a little more closely and I probably would still have the same sobriety date. The facility provides good tools to start, maintain and carry you into a life of sobriety. It is up to the individual to use those tools. The rate of relapses, I believe is a bit higher than most facilities and I'm not sure why. It is a good facility with many out-patient branch offices that an individual can attend in a lot of circumstances. Flexible!

They focus on three different groups of recovery. DBT, Matrix and twelve step. Those combined with psychiatrist on staff armed me with all the tools I'll need. They meet all my needs regarding both education and mental health. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves. They bring many different angles for managing this disease.
