I was hesitant to go into inpatient treatment, but boy was I wrong to worry. To a person everyone working at The House is earnestly invested and involved in helping clients recover. Sure I had some staff who I had friction with, but I always felt my recovery took precedence over personality differences. Bedding and infrastructure is a bit handed down and scuffed up, but everything is clean, as are the public and shared personal spaces. I did not have one bad meal in 2 months- NOT ONE !!! The doctor did an amazing job! It was so important to us to figure out exactly what was going on with her. We had no idea why she was suffering so much and behaving the way she was. They figured it out and figured out how to treat her. Her therapist was wonderful as well. The family therapy and parent coaching was a huge benefit to us as well.
