I completed PHP treatment at Water Gap Wellness, and I would highly recommend it! The staff is extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They addressed my alcohol abuse and anxiety issues with Recovery and Mindfulness/DBT/CBT therapy and set up outpatient aftercare. They also assisted me with my employment disability benefit issues. The facility is beautiful as well!

The Counselors were all very caring and involved. Could use some dehumidifiers or something to get out the musty/moldy smell of the carpets. I found the treatment fair, not enjoyable, but fair. I chose to take this treatment on my own, unlike so many others who were forced by law or an intervention. Also unlike many of the other patients, I was really there to receive very wanted help. They helped me achieve what I could not accomplish on my own. I will be forever grateful.
