I love this rehab so much. I usually hate going to rehab. They allow you to bring your dog or cat which was huge for me. They give you freedom. They have a personal chef. They are the best. I agree with the positive reviews that this place is extremely clean and the staff treated me amazingly and i got alot out of the program- the problem didn\'t start til after I got home 2 weeks later. Kelsey told us we had to pay nothing out of pocket and the 2 week stay would only cost $3,500...basically anything we wanted to hear to get me in the door. Imagine my disbelief when I got a bill in the mail for $62,000!!! Yes u heard me right, sixty two Thousand dollars for a 2 week stay!!!!! When I called Kelsey to ask about receiving a detailed breakdown of the bill no answer....I have heard similar stories about this place getting all they can from the insurance companies and now I believe it! Yes they are a great place but at what cost??? Could of went to Malibu for 30 days for that price. Not 14 days in Costa Mesa. Its a shame because I really liked this place until I got the bill.
