Greenhouse Treatment Center
So this was my very first visit and attempt at a treatment center. I was at my worse with alcohol and decided to make an immediate decision (that I attest to the Holy Spirit speaking to me after so many months of prayer). I did a random internet search and this place came up. It took a couple days, but I finally made the call. It was one of the most fearful, and emotional decisions I have ever made. After walking in from a long drive, I almost turned around - I am so glad I didn't. My experience has been beyond what I imagined. I have a new community and support system I never knew I could have or that existed. The stay was hard at first (detoxing), but the staff, chef, and nurses are there with you every step of the way to ensure you are comfortable and thrive. After a few days, I felt at home and have made true connections within this community. Its bittersweet leaving, but Greenhouse has equipped me with so many tools to go forward in my recovery. They ensure that you do not drive off into the sunset with no follow up support. I highly recommend this treatment center. I thank the Lord for leading me here.
