Definitely great at combining 12-step and holistic treatments, it's not an all or nothing approach, and each person is treated uniquely. It's also a pretty affordable facility as well. It's a nice environment in general, but some of the furnishings are a bit dated. This was my 3rd attempt at treatment, and it was way different than the first 2 places I went. From the first day I was treated as a unique individual and was introduced to new recovery approaches in a way that seemed very inviting. They also went beyond just treatment and helped me focus on life issues that were causing me problems too!
I was fortunate to have found Scottsdale Recovery Center to help me overcome my addiction to alcohol. At first I was attracted to the beautiful, well equipped facilities, but I quickly discovered that the helpful professional staff and the techniques employed in small groups to be far more effective than methods employed by other treatment centers I have reviewed. Treatment is tailored to each participant on an individual basis for maximum impact. Management is so conscientious that even the CEO is personally involved in your care. Going to Scottsdale recovery was a lifesaving decision.
