Primary counselor experience and confidence in treating duel diagnosis patients. PC's lean heavily on psychiatry and medical department for issues that may be better suited to a therapy/counseling solutions. Patients have a difficult time seeing the psychiatrists- no psychiatrist on campus. Recovery Advocates could be better equipped to handle crisis situations.
