They diagnosed my mental health issues, fed me well, counseled me, gave me healthy things to do, introduced me to new people who were going through exactly what I was going through. They gave me a chance to begin to heal. They got me connected w/ a world-renowned psychiatrist who helped figure out what was going on in my head and led me through a neural feedback program. They introduced me to outside programs of recovery. Most importantly, they helped me develop a program of action for when I checked out. I am still living that program. So today, I am still sober. And as a result, my wife and I are back together, we have a young daughter, I have more work than I know what to do with, and I have - for the first time in my adult life - real faith in the knowledge that I never have to drink or use drugs again and that there\'s nothing life can throw at me that drugs or alcohol can\'t make a lot worse. Strengths: Updated often by professional staff and counselors. The workers take my family member to different outings, meetings, and active activities. VRC is everything they advertise plus more. It's in their hearts what they do for others. I do not notice any weaknesses. Can't even think of one. My family member is a difficult case. I am amazed at the change in her attitude and the support from VRC. I honestly can say they have helped her to live again. I will cherish the memories for a lifetime.

Banyan Treatment Center is by far one of the best facilities for detox and recovery. All staff were professional and non judgmental. Treatment plans were tailored to the specific need of the client. Nursing staff remained vigilant in ensuring medications, vitals, and the over all health of the client was maintained during the detox process as well as the transition into residential living. I would definitely recommend Banyan Treatment Center to any individual suffering from substance abuse.
