Dr. Michael Eng is a board-certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist, and he credits this for teaching him the importance of institutional policy and attention to detail. For 20 years in pathology practice, he oversaw the processing and reporting of all tissue specimens that moved through Central Maine Healthcare, and personally directed the laboratories at Bridgton and Rumford Hospitals. In leaving pathology, Dr. Eng was called to respond to the devastating effects that addiction and substance abuse have taken on a generation. Jessica Elliott is a graduate of Rhode Island College with degrees in Psychology and Chemical Dependency/Addiction Studies. She holds a Master’s degree from Salve Regina University in Holistic Therapy and received her CAGS in Mental Health in 2013. Ms. Elliott is certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, Expressive and Creative Arts Facilitator, Motivational Interviewing Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor. Jessica has worked in the field as a clinician since 2005. Prior to joining the CSRI team, she held various clinical leadership positions for a large behavioral health organization. As Clinical Director of CSRI, she is now providing patient care as well as training and clinical oversight to our staff.

Chelsi Butler earned her Masters Degree in Psychology, specializing in Crisis Management. She holds licenses and certifications in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including an LSW and LADC, in addition to being a Masters Addiction Counselor (MAC). As a military spouse, she has been afforded the opportunity to travel the world, working in diverse populations, gaining invaluable real world knowledge and expertise. Chelsi’s most recent experience was in Alaska where she became a Certified Interventionist as the Clinical Director for the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence. Chelsi has extensive experience in leadership positions that include working with co-occurring populations, trauma informed person centered care, and the criminal justice reform.
