The staff was a strength of the facility. However, the cost was a downfall of the facility.

Good facility overall. Therapists are great, food is good. The biggest issue for me was the wait time to receive medications. Up to two hours to receive meds is not an "inconvenience", but a problem. Especially when you are having to decide between going to class or taking meds at the prescribed times. There is also a lack of direction given to new people on detox. No one knows where to go or what to do. A simple white board in the shared tv space with announcements would be a simple solution. Thank you for the help, I will be moving on to GHOP to continue my recovery process.
