Oxford Treatment Center Resolutions Facility
I arrived at the Etta facility having already been through detox at a hospital in Gulfport, MS. I spent two days in quarantine pending results of a COVID test, which I get. The result was negative but I was held there an additional two days without explanation. I received no therapy or counseling during this time. Remember, I was not in detox status. On my second day there I was given a PPD skin test screening for TB exposure. No one ever read the result or discussed it with me. My insurance company was charged however. The staff at Etta was generally pleasant and seemed to care about clinical matters. They are however quite disconnected from communication perspective both internally and externally. I believe my insurance carrier should not have been billed for those useless two days or the TB test.

This treatment center is going to help a lot of me and save their life. Everyone there is dedicated to that. I am employed there and my oldest son is in treatment there and he is on fire for recovery. I knew exactly where to send my son because the clinical director there and the counselor there are top notch. I knew that they have love and compassion that would be able to reach my son.
