This is a follow-up to my first review.I want to make clear they absolutely detoxed me from alcohol in a compassionate manner. My other substance that I wanted detoxed fro was misunderstood. I believe now this will be rectified.These are good people.

Great facility, great activities, capable consultants, fantastic food, good at 12-Step program. Poor criteria for hiring new staff, very poor communication with parents, failure to personalize treatment, staff allows personal feelings to impact treatment and generally poor clinical services.

They let me work day labor on the weekends. I have been Clean & Sober for 25 years. They had a 3/4 house where I could rent an apartment and had a meeting there once a week for my aftercare treatment. I have been sober since leaving the program. The program taught me that there was another way of life that included Prayer and Meditation. 1 of my counselors taught me how to meditate and how to grow Spiritually. I had to get rid of my old ideas about what I thought about Religion and to choose a God that I wanted in my life.
