OTC was overall a great program. The staff that I came in contact with were very helpful and accommodating. It is a comfortable and quiet environment. Providing 3 meals a day is something to be thankful for, however, some of the portions/options were subpar. Hank, one of the counselors, is awesome in class teaching lessons that stick with you.
