Laguna Treatment Center has been a Blessing to me, I have been here for just 4 days and I have learned so Much. The group facilitators, especially Ian Baer, Gilbert and Mike have taught me a lot of information, I have been able to understand and label all the feelings I have. This has been a humbling experience and all the supportive nursing staff and and my roommate and the others here. I think that there should be more classes to learn more about this disorder. I suggest that there be a clock in the room because I have no way to know the time. Thank you
