Will began his career in the financial district in Stamford, Conn., after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business. Following an internship with the fixed-income trading firm Greenwich Capital Markets, “Hutch” went on to hold positions in equities, fixed-income and commodities at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Gerald Metals, Inc. Now the Foundation House General Manager, Will’s primary focus is running our program’s day-to-day operations. A hockey player since age three, he has skated across Canada and the U.S. and strives to use hockey as a platform for team building. As a captain of many AAA and state championship winning teams, Will is familiar with the importance of a galvanizing a team to produce the most effective results. When not at work or on the rink, Will is an avid skier, golfer and live music enthusiast.

Ashley was born and raised in a small town in southern New Jersey. Addiction runs in her family and she is happy and grateful to be sober one day at a time for 11 years. At a young age, Ashley realized that she always wanted to help people and empower people to be the best they can be. She found herself being interested in how people think, feel and interact with one another so she pursued the field of Psychology and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and then achieved her Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She is currently working on achieving her LPC and LCADC to better enable her to help people who suffer from the disease of addiction. Ashley started her career by working as a Cognitive Therapist and Case Manager for patients who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injuries. Once Ashley achieved her MS she was able to take her career to higher levels and found herself working as a Supervisor for group homes and has eventually worked in both the mental health and addiction fields including inpatient, outpatient, with children, adolescents, and adults. Ashley is the proud mother of her 7-year-old son. She finds peace while sitting on the beach listening to the ocean and finds purpose in empowering people who struggle by finding stability and peace in their life.

Yeshaia is an addiction expert with 12 years experience working in substance abuse and mental health. Sober since age 21, Yeshaia has a deep understanding of the youth addiction and recovery process, and works well with people for whom 12-step programs have been ineffective or are looking for an unorthodox approach. Aware that lasting recovery has a spiritual dimension, Yeshaia helps addicts build a customized path toward healing that best fits their personal senses of identity. His experience as a counselor and case manager is enhanced by his connections to a vast network of recovery professionals. He holds a CADC certification from UCLA, a BA from Antioch University, and a Masters in Rabbinics from AJRCA.
