It has helped me more then any of the other 8 has done of course it starts with me... and me doing the work that is given me to work on.. And I gave it my all... and today I have 3 years clean date is 5 / 24 / 2012. It's a great treatment center. . And I loved how the owners are a big part of giving and teaching the tools to use to stay clean and sober...I truly can say I love them.
Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers
This is an intensive inpatient 28 day program. You are on a schedule from 7am to 9 pm starting with breakfast. My brain was so full of information that like a sponge in water, it could absorb only so much. I was definantly ready to get out and move on with my life using the tools taught to me by the end of my 28days
Sundown M Ranch
Sundown offers a great program. The facility is nice, food was good although it was mainly comfort food, and everyone who works there was so kind and a lot of them had been in the program. I really did not receive much one on one time with my counselor but if I needed her she was there for me. I would suggest to some of the staff that they get out of their big offices and interact with the patients a little more... I am 49 years old and went there on my own accord and paid for some of it out of pocket, I wasn't there to mess around.
