A doctor took my brother in as a patient after he was released from the hospital from a suicide attempt. He was detoxing from heroin. The hospital was going to release my brother on his own with a few numbers of doctors who would treat him using Suboxen. What a messed up system! People leaving the hospital who are on drugs or alcohol need to be sent to a rehab center, not to a doctor who will just treat the symptoms! Thank goodness for Ardu Recovery Center.
