I just finished treatment at iRecover. What an incredible experience it was. I got exactly what I needed in 30 days. It gave me a great foundation for staying sober. Twice a week we attended Yoga class (Laughing Yogi), balancing mind and body, while the weekends we mostly set aside for relaxing.
