I am forever grateful for this program for giving me my sister back. I didn't want to speak to her for years because of her addiction. She went to Recovery Unplugged broken and hating life. She came out a new person, so full of life. She is my best friend again. I would have never had a relationship with her again if it wasn't for Recovery Unplugged. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving her the tools she needs to beat this addiction.
Great therapists, great instructors, great food and amenities...With that being said, this place is a logistical nightmare. There were three and half days that they did not have my anti depressant. I went from 450 mg of wellbutrin daily, to absolutely nothing for almost 4 days. The knew my meds were going to run out but they did not order them in time. It wasn't until i spoke w/ the patient advocate, Keith, that it was fixed. He got it taken care of within a few hours. It happened again for 1 day, but little did I know, they have a stock pile of meds. In the past, no nurses offered to go to another cart and look for the meds. But one nurse, Bradley, went out of his way to check and found that there is a stock pile to make sure i didn't go without. One of the best most informative nurses I have met. All in all, sans the med issue, this place was amazing in helping with my recovery. I have heard horror stories about other facilities, but this place has is truly great. Only, problem like I said, was the logistics of meds for a few days. Also, truly one of the best therapists I have ever had. If they give you a choice, ask for Emily. She also goes above and beyond to advocate for her patients.
