Greenhouse Treatment Center
Overall stay was very good and quite effective. The staff was very helpful. Nurses very understanding. I do feel that my situation was unique an that I did not see a case manqger until day nine. As a result my FMLA paperwork was not done. My short term disability was also not completed. I believe the proble was that my case worker left on my sixth day. Ms G stepped in and tried to resolve the issue. I do not know if this has been done as of now. I would have liked to have had therapy while I was here. I saw my therapist for an initial interview on day four but not again until day 11 which was the day that Insurance tried to discharge me. I got a great deal out of the sessions. Levi, Mondrea, Cristy , Trey, Z,Alton, Paul were all very competent and good resources. Overall after my 15 day stay I feel well equipped to move on. I give Greenhouse high marks. Lo and Alex were the two TAs I will remember most in a great way. also Keith is terrific help.
