My experience with Northbound was life changing. I had the opportunity to learn how to have fun sober with other people my age. I spent over a year in their program. I learned so much about myself through the groups they offered. They even tailored my program to fit my needs. They accepted my insurance, but again, my life is not defined by a number. Aside from the money, which is also hard to talk about when it comes to treatment, the program is worth every penny. They have qualified psychologists, therapist, doctors and a very caring staff. Gratitude Lodge was very helpful in my recovery journey. They allowed me to bring my dog which was awesome because I wouldn't have got sober without him. They also helped me with FMLA and short-term disability so my job was safe when I got home.
