This place was the best thing that coulda happened in my life. I’ve been clean 8 yrs now. It give me my life back
The best place in Louisville to go for treatment. Staff was amazing. I enjoyed the classes and meetings. I am still clean today due to the direction i was giving while i stayed there. Would recommend for anybody whos trying to get their life together to try this place. It has saved many lifes. Also had very good meals and lots of smoke breaks. Lol
From Paul the gentlemen who answered the phone during my initial call and walked me through the entire process of getting my loved one set up with their program to Lauren who evaluated him and answered her phone throughout the day regardless of the time for my million and one questions and assisted me in getting him a rapid covid test the morning of.....to the staff Tabitha, Sabrina, Kelly, and Mary that have assisted throughout his stay so far I am very pleased with this facility, their program, and their staff excluding Dottie who was very rude and disrespectful. Despite her unprofessional and condescending behavior I reported it and a myriad of different staff reached out to apologize and assure me something would be done. They even reassured my loved one and updated me on his well being. Anyone interested in this facility or treatment should definitely go here. They are warm and inviting. The food is fantastic from what I hear and they give respect and assistance where and when deserved. I am so happy we chose this place out of many others. Thank you to this facility and all of the amazing staff for giving me and his family peace knowing he is in good hands and taking the behavior of only one seriously. Proving she does not represent your facility or how you view your patients.
