Fountain Hills Recovery
This facility saved my life! The staff are dedicated and amazing at what they do. I truly feel they gave me the tools I need to lead a sober life. The road to recovery is hard and change is scary. If you don't feel uncomfortable at some point then you are not growing. Fountain Hills Recovery did not coddle me. It was the perfect balance of accountability and empathy. Remember, addicts/alcoholics are a manipulative bunch and we need someone to talk straight with us or it just doesn't stick. Fountain Hills Recovery gave me that and so much more. I'm starting grad school this fall to follow my dream to become a therapist with a speciality in equine assisted mental health. The owners and staff took personal interest in my care and recovery. They showed me love and through that love they taught me how to love myself. I know how to show up for life as a responsible adult today. I'm still in Prescott and meet the new girls at canyon to show them what sisters in recovery look like. Canyon Crossing has a special place in my heart. I also worked for Canyon for a few months as a house manner. I had lots of support from the staff, therapist and owners. They were always just a phone call away when i need help or an answer to something. It was a wonderful opportunity to give back to an organization that gave me my life back.
