We attended outside NA and AA meetings and were even given the opportunity to go to the gym 5 times a week. The weekdays were filled with a 12 step programming. Twice a week we attended Yoga class (Laughing Yogi), balancing mind and body, while the weekends we mostly set aside for relaxing.
