Our Mental Health Program Admissions Process

River Oaks Mental Health Services: A Center for Healing & Wellness welcomes patients on weekdays when leadership staff is available. Before admission, individuals interested in enrolling will complete a pre-assessment with the nursing team, which will then be reviewed by leadership. Once admitted, the team conducts a more in-depth evaluation to assess a patient’s needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. This process may include a physical exam (if one has not been completed in the past 30 days) and a psychiatric evaluation within 48 hours of arrival.
