I had my first evaluation apt four weeks ago, my final eval apt was canceled (due to Covid) and pushed back three weeks. Difficult but understandable. Well here I am three weeks later waiting on a Telehealth apt that WAS NOT CANCELED and I have dead air. offices are closed due to a storm (also understandable) but I was NOT informed my apt would not happen today at 9 am it is now 10 am and have heard nothing. I have been struggling for a month now with no answers and this blatant disregard for not only my time but my mental health is disgraceful. This is a facility for mental health and one would think communication and promptness would be the upmost of importance. In my case I feel as it is not and I am very disappointed and struggling.
