Triumph's James Oldham Treatment Center is a residential treatment facility located in Buena, Washington, designed exclusively for adult men. Nestled in the lower Yakima Valley amidst orchard land, the program emphasizes restructuring life toward health and sobriety and reflecting the organization’s broader mission that every person deserves a chance for hope. Individualized, Holistic Treatment for Men Each resident receives at least 20 hours per week of structured treatment activities including daily group therapy, individual sessions, educational lectures, and integrated family treatment. The length of stay is tailored to each person’s needs using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria to determine medical necessity and treatment duration. Residents are also encouraged to participate in daily physical activity, whether through the on-site gym, basketball, horseshoes, or walking the grounds, as part of a holistic recovery model. A Safe, Supportive Environment for Healing The facility consists of up to 78 treatment beds with supportive amenities including meals and snacks, frequent check-ins by counselors and the care staff, a schedule blending therapy and free time, and recreational activities. The program serves men from across Washington state and is designed to treat those facing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges, providing a safe and immersive environment for rebuilding behavioral, emotional, and overall well-being.
