Out of all their facilities this one falls very short! It is a house crammed with men. They basically are in one room for most of day. They keep all the food locked up and give grown men a portion fit for a toddler . They sleep on bunk beds with plywood and thin mats. They allow 3 15min calls a week to family. So besides for the lack of food ( they serve the legal min), uncomfortable beds and space, it's better than living on sts I guess. The staff however is mostly ok. The guy in charge is willing to take the time to communicate and listen to family complaints. As a company I would rate them a 4. The rest of their rehabs are very nice. This one should be turned into a recovery house and not a rehab.
