This treatment center is very sketchy. Only open 2 Fridays a month to see patients. It's cash or credit card only. No insurance accepted.Dr has had his licence revoked in three states. Stay far away from this shady businesses!!
This clinic is very sketchy in my opinion. It's cash only,no insurance accepted.Yet they bill your insurance every 28 days for urine tests that are done in office. They are only open to see patients a couple days a month.
