Staff was very kind, but no one addressed my friend of her problem one on one. it's for short term not for long term problems.

Strengths: Organized, some caring counselers, uncrowded, clean. Weaknesses: inept individual care. Rushed treatment Seemed like assembly line like treatment. A rush to administer drugs that and little time given to people on a one on one basis

My brother was just recently in this facility. So these are not my own experiences. Since his treatment he is doing very well. He is sleeping regularly because they gave him the correct medications. He is also talking to a therapist regularly. I believe this facility has a great staff and a good mission. My brother was having behavioral issues. He did not feel like himself and wanted to kill himself. He was rarely sleeping. This facility gladly gave him the help he needed. He feels like himself and is taking medication he needs to get his life on track.

Kindness. Seemed respectful to personal needs. Focused on some things, but ignored other problems that were connected to the substance abuse. No much one on one. While the staff was kind, they seemed to want to get us in and out of there quickly whether we were better or not
