I've been to 3 different rehabs and this place is horrible. Poor treatment by all staff, constant fights, theft, drugs, and terribly unhealthy food. The staff acts like you are a criminal and treats you the same way. Most people there left after 1 we
I'm an alcoholic. The Phoenix House along with the staff gave me my life back and now I'm 5 years sober. Thank you to all of the great staff that showed me the path I'm on.
This program saved my life and I’m forever thankful. If you’re truly ready to quit your addiction I’d highly recommend this location, the staff shows compassion and your counselor is dedicated and attentive.
Too much going on. Part homeless shelter, part medical ward, part halfway house.
Treatment was great but meals could have been better.
