About Pathfinder Recovery

Pathfinder Recovery provides fully virtual addiction and mental health care across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Our mission is to break down barriers to treatment with accessible, confidential, and personalized support—all delivered from the comfort and privacy of home. Our services are 100% remote and designed to meet clients where they are—physically and emotionally. We offer at-home detox supervised by medical professionals, virtual outpatient therapy, peer recovery coaching, individual counseling, and group therapy. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is also fully online, allowing for safe, structured medication management alongside continued therapy and recovery support. In addition, we provide holistic addiction treatment and trauma-informed care that supports the mind and body. All services are delivered through a secure telehealth platform, creating a predictable, comfortable experience without the stress of commuting or in-person appointments. We use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness to support individuals managing substance use, mental health concerns, and co-occurring disorders. Our clinical team specializes in working with neurodivergent adults—including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences—adapting care to each person’s cognitive and emotional needs. We currently accept commercial insurance in Connecticut, including Cigna and Aetna. Whether you’re taking your first step or returning to care, Pathfinder Recovery offers compassionate, flexible support that empowers you to heal on your terms.
