About Pathfinder Recovery

Pathfinder Recovery offers fully virtual addiction and mental health treatment across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Our mission is to remove barriers to care through accessible, confidential, and personalized support delivered from the comfort of home. Our services include virtual ambulatory detox, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), outpatient therapy, peer recovery coaching, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). We use evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness to support clients with co-occurring disorders, trauma histories, and neurodivergence. Our trauma-responsive care is designed with dignity and flexibility in mind. We support neurodivergent adults—including those with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences—by adapting therapy to individual cognitive and sensory needs. Our telehealth platform creates a more comfortable, predictable environment that reduces overstimulation and increases access to care. Whether you're taking the first step or returning to treatment, Pathfinder Recovery offers compassionate, tech-enabled care that empowers healing and growth.
