Specialization
Medical Detox
Our detox program includes medical monitoring and evaluation, along with 24-hour nursing care, in a clinical environment. During inpatient withdrawal management, our nursing and medical staff monitor you for post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS), administer medications for severe symptoms, and prepare you for residential treatment.Residential Treatment
Designed for a smooth transition from detox, our residential treatment program examines the relationship between mental health and addiction and how to develop coping skills for relapse prevention. These issues are discussed with an assigned primary clinician and in group therapy. Residential treatment services also include psychoeducation, wellness activities, a full-day group therapy curriculum, and coordinated medication-assisted treatment and aftercare.Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is facilitated at ORC by pairing you with a MAT coordinator. Your MAT coordinator, along with your treatment team, establishes a personalized recovery plan that may include medications like Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Antabuse. MAT groups are also available weekly in both our detox and residential programs.Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation groups are offered at ORC so you can learn about a particular topic related to mental health and addiction. These groups encourage patients to share their own personal experience and connect with others in recovery. The main goal of psychoeducation is learning how to apply new-found knowledge to your overall recovery efforts, including in real-world situations.
