Our long-term inpatient and outpatient treatments focus on the unique physical, mental, and emotional needs of men battling substance use disorders. Through a holistic approach, we combine evidence-based therapies with experiential therapies, including equine therapy, ranch hand training, and trade skill development. Our structured programs provide life skills, counseling, and support to help men build a foundation for lasting sobriety. As a leading men's rehab, we offer residential treatment, group and individual counseling, and aftercare planning to ensure long-term success. Our program empowers men to discover their purpose and rebuild their lives in recovery through hands-on work, equine-assisted therapy, and peer support in a ranch environment. We also offer specialized therapies for trauma, co-occurring disorders, and vocational training to equip men with the skills necessary to reintegrate into society. Choose Mountain Valley Recovery for a men's rehab program that not only focuses on overcoming addiction but also fosters personal growth, mental resilience, and lifelong recovery.
  • Equine Therapy
At Mountain Valley Recovery, we offer Equine Therapy as a transformative part of our addiction recovery program. This innovative therapy uses horse-assisted activities to help individuals struggling with substance use disorders develop emotional awareness, build trust, and foster personal growth. Equine Therapy provides a unique, hands-on experience that complements traditional addiction treatments, offering profound mental and emotional healing in a non-judgmental, natural environment. Through guided interaction with horses, clients learn responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills, which are critical for long-term recovery. Our Equine Therapy program is especially beneficial for those dealing with trauma, anxiety, or co-occurring disorders, helping individuals rebuild self-esteem and establish a renewed sense of purpose. By working closely with these gentle, intuitive animals, clients gain insight into their behavior, emotions, and relationships, leading to personal breakthroughs and lasting change. Choose Mountain Valley Recovery for a comprehensive Equine Therapy program that not only supports sobriety but nurtures emotional resilience and lifelong healing through the powerful connection between humans and horses.
  • Trade Skills Training
At Mountain Valley Recovery, our Trade Skills Training program offers individuals in recovery the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in various vocational fields. Designed to complement our addiction treatment services, this program equips clients with valuable skills in areas like welding, general construction, equipment operation, ranch hand duties, landscaping, and more. By developing these trade skills, individuals not only rebuild their confidence but also prepare for long-term success in the workforce after treatment. Our program fosters a sense of responsibility and purpose, helping clients in recovery establish new career paths while reinforcing the discipline and work ethic needed for lasting sobriety. Through real-world training and mentorship, clients can explore different trades, improve financial management, and gain a sense of accomplishment as they progress through the recovery journey.
