Intensive Outpatient (IOP): For those balancing life, work, or family responsibilities, this program offers flexible scheduling with several sessions each week to maintain momentum in recovery. Partial Hospitalization (PHP): A higher‑intensity level of care providing comprehensive daytime programming, including therapy, psychoeducation, and experiential groups—while allowing evenings at home.
