This place pick who will serve them better not the other way around. I had high hopes for going here but they absolutely ruined that. They shouldn't be able to have that much effect on someone's life but unfortunately they do. DONT GO HERE!!!!
Went in there 3/10/25. Was great facility and all staff, esp mellisa. Better food than at home. Seemed cold, due to detoxing, dress warm. When u want help, these ppl are there to make help ez for u. Will always remember my time there as pivot point.
This place is literally hell on Earth if you halfway care about your loved one do not send them here!!!!!! There is no schedule on meals or what to eat or nutritional needs. I personally asked for appropriate meals and water and it was never brought to me.. I only saw a therapist on admission. There is no schedule when anything is happening besides the classes, there are no clocks, it's constantly dark in the facility and your outdoor restrictions/privileges will be revoked at will. Literally almost died from dehydration and had to go to the ER to get appropriate medical care.
I think if anyone has an addiction it's a good place to start to remove yourself from the bad surroundings and to learn ways to cope with the addiction ultimately it's up to u to wanna be clean
