Glenbeigh Outpatient Center of Canton

Serving Stark County and the surrounding area, Glenbeigh’s Canton center provides outpatient alcohol and drug treatment based on each individual’s clinical needs. Following a confidential assessment, clients may enter the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Aftercare. The center serves individuals beginning treatment in an outpatient setting as well as those continuing their recovery after inpatient care at Glenbeigh or another treatment provider. Through structured group counseling, IOP helps clients develop recovery skills while continuing to manage work, school, family and other responsibilities. Aftercare provides ongoing support as clients gain confidence, apply healthy coping skills and become more independent in recovery. Family members are also encouraged to participate in Glenbeigh’s outpatient family program. The Canton center is Glenbeigh’s primary telehealth center, providing eligible Ohio residents with remote access to assessments, IOP and continuing care services. This allows clients throughout the state to receive structured outpatient support when traveling to a Glenbeigh location may be difficult. Glenbeigh outpatient centers accept Medicare, Medicaid and many commercial insurance plans. As part of Glenbeigh’s comprehensive continuum of care, the Canton center works closely with our Rock Creek hospital-based addiction treatment campus and other outpatient locations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
