About Elevare Centennial

Elevare provides flexible outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP). They treat men and women who struggle with alcohol and drug addictions as well as dual diagnosis. Clients who are in need of detoxification are referred to a partnering facility. Though all the treatment tracks use the same care methods, outpatient is the most flexible, meeting only once or twice a week for 3 hours. IOP meets for 3 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, while PHP meets 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Elevare Colorado's treatment plans include both individual and group therapy with evidence-based treatment practices that include motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and 12-Step facilitation. In addition to counseling, the facility offers holistic practices such as massage therapy, yoga, and acupuncture. Elevare is accredited by the Joint Commission. They accept most major insurances and provide alternative ways of payment.
